Settings
You can manage your own profile in Settings or by expanding the profile menu on the top right and clicking Edit Profile.
Field | Description |

User Name | The username you use to log in to the Messaging Portal. This cannot be changed. |
First Name | Your first name. |
Last Name | Your last name. |
Phone (Optional) | Your personal phone number. It's optional but may be helpful if someone in your organization needs to get in touch with you. |
Time Zone | Your local time zone. |
Reset Password | Click [Reset Password] and the password reset link will be sent to the your email address. |
Your email address. This is where the Forgot Username and Forgot Password emails will be sent if you have trouble logging in. | |
Enable SMS to Email address | Forward incoming SMS messages to your email address. See BTM Text-to-Email for details. |
