Account Details

Automatic responses and SMS campaigns rely on your company information, so make sure it’s accurate. To change the Account Status or Messaging Plan, please contact your service provider.

Go to Admin > Account Details. Review the information listed here and make any changes as necessary, then click [Save]. Account details include:

  • Account Status

  • Account Name (DBA)

  • Contact Name

  • Contact Number

  • Contact Email

  • Country

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP Code
