Message Bot

Message Bot helps you reply more quickly to frequently asked questions and address inquiries during business off-hours. Time Schedules and Response Messages are the building blocks for Automatic and Intelligent Responses.

Description

Time Schedules

Set up the times when an Automatic Response is sent. For example, send one message when you’re closed and another during your lunch break.

Response Messages

Your library of responses that can be used for:

  • a specific time (Automatic Response),

  • in response to a keyword from an inbound message (Intelligent Response),

  • and canned replies for live 1:1 communications.

Automatic Responses

The message that will be sent when a message is received at a specific time (Time Schedule).

Intelligent Responses

The keywords in an incoming message that trigger a particular Response Message to be sent.

Management Tools

Links for each section are in the navigation menu on the left and at the top of the page for easy navigation. Each page has a toolbar to manage the list.

  • Download. A table of entries can be printed or downloaded as a CSV, Excel file, or PDF. It’s an easy way to take inventory and review it offline.

  • Show More. Choose how many entries to show per page: 10, 25, 50, 100.

  • Search. Use the Search bar on the right to filter the list and find a specific message.

  • Sort. Click on the table headings to sort the table. For example, on Response Messages, you can sort by Name, Message, or Created Date.
