Account Manager Permissions

As an Account Manager, you can access and manage many Business Lines features in the Voice Portal, including:

Phone Numbers

  • View phone numbers and their routing setting

  • Change the destination of a phone number[a]

  • Modify E911 addresses[a]

Business Lines

  • View all lines

  • Change line handling settings

  • Change assigned voicemail box

Hunt Groups

  • View all hunt groups

  • Change the line routing order

  • Add existing lines to a hunting strategy

  • Remove lines from a hunt group

  • Change hunting strategy

  • Change voicemail box assignment

  • Create and manage forward codes

Voicemail

  • Reset voicemail box PIN

  • Access and manage voicemail messages
