Star codes are customized for each account. Cymbus’s default star codes are listed below, but yours may be different. Please check your user guide for the correct codes for your service.

Users can log in or out of an auto-attendant group they are assigned to.

  1. Dial the Group Log In/Out star code + the group number.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Press 1 to log in.

    • Press 2 to log out.

  3. When prompted, dial the group number.

  4. You will be logged in or out of the group.
