As a Business Cloud Communications user, if you have an email address on your account, you can manage your own Voice Portal password. If you don't have an email address on your account yet, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
1. Click Forgot Password? on the login screen.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and then click [Reset Password].
If you don't have an email address on your account yet, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
3. Check your email and click the link to create a new password.
4. Enter a new password and click [Save Password].
It must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number.
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
