When you have two calls established, you can merge two calls into a three-way call where you can add more participants. The merged call is audio only; no three-way video calls are supported on Cymbus Mobile apps.
- While on an established call, tap Hold to place the first call on hold, then tap Add Call.
- Enter the name or phone number of the second party into the dial pad, tap their name, then tap Dial. Alternatively, select a contact from the Contacts or History tabs, then tap Call to dial.
- Cymbus connects the second call. If you end one of the calls, Cymbus automatically switches back to the other call.
