Contact Customer Support

If you have an issue with the Cymbus app, contact Customer Support at your service provider.

When Customer Support asks you to send a diagnostics log, perform the following steps:

  1. Your support representative determines that they need a diagnostics log from your device.

  2. Go to Settings > Support > Send Diagnostics.

  3. Select Send.

  4. Pass the Confirmation ID to your support representative. They will get back to you with updates.
