Contact Customer Support
If you have an issue with the Cymbus app, contact Customer Support at your service provider.
When Customer Support asks you to send a diagnostics log, perform the following steps:

Your support representative determines that they need a diagnostics log from your device.
- Select your initials in the bottom left corner of the desktop app. On the mobile app, your initials appear in the top left corner.
- Go to Settings > Support > Send Diagnostics.
- Select Send.
- Pass the Confirmation ID to your support representative. They will get back to you with updates.
