Mac Desktop App
- In the Cymbus app menu, go to Help > Troubleshooting.

Go to the Support tab.
- Slide the Log Level to Debug, then click Send Log Report.
- In the Send Log Report dialog, enter a brief description of the problem. You'll submit the bug in another step, so you don't need to provide all of the details quite yet. When you're done, click Send Log Report.
- It may take a little while for the log to be created and sent, so please be patient

Once the log is sent, it will be listed under Previous Log Reports.
To submit a bug, contact Customer Support and pass on the reference number and date/time of the correct log.
Windows Desktop App

In the Cymbus app, go to the top menu and click Help > Troubleshooting.

At the bottom right of the Cymbus Android app, press the Settings icon.

Go to Advanced Settings.

Scroll down to Application Logging and enable Verbose Logging to provide the most data.
- Press Send Log.
- A dialog will ask if you want to send a log file. Press Yes.
- In the next dialog, enter a brief description of the problem. You'll submit the bug in another step, so you don't need to provide all of the details quite yet. When you're done, click Continue.
- It may take a little while for the log to be created and sent, so please be patient.
Once the log is sent, it will give you a reference number. To submit a bug, contact Customer Support and pass on the reference number and date/time of the correct log.
iOS Mobile App

At the bottom right of the Cymbus iOS app, go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
