Star Codes Disclaimer
Star codes are customized to each account. The default star codes are listed below, but yours may be different. Check your user guide for the correct star codes for your service.
Hunt Groups
These star codes are managed in Forward Code Management.

Custom | Hunt Groups: Fixed Forward the Hunt Group to a preconfigured phone number. |
Custom | Hunt Group: Variable Forward the Hunt Group to a specified phone number. |
Account Call Screening
These star codes are managed in Account Settings.
Code | Description |

*41 | All Other Callers: Block All other calls (not otherwise specified in Direct-Call Handling) will be blocked. |
*42 | All Other Callers: Allow All other calls (not otherwise specified in Direct-Call Handling) will be allowed. |
*45 | Custom Callers: Block Calls from a specific number will be blocked. |
*46 | Custom Callers: Allow Calls from a specific number will be allowed. |
*47 | Custom Callers: Block with Message Calls from a specific number will be blocked with a message. |
*48 | Anonymous Callers: Block Anonymous calls will be blocked. |
*49 | Anonymous Callers: Allow Anonymous calls will be allowed. |
*50 | Anonymous Callers: Enable Block with Message Anonymous calls will be blocked with a message. |
*51 | Anonymous Callers: Disable Block with Message Disables “Block with Message” for anonymous calls. |
*57 | Call Trace Marks a call for a trace in your Call History. Used for troubleshooting. |
Call Forwarding
These star codes are applied to the line.

*94 | Call Forward: Out of Service (On/Off) Choose how calls will be handled when the line is out of service or not registered: – Busy Tone – Forward to a specific number – Send to Voicemail |
Line Management
Code | Description |

*43 | Call Waiting: Enable Enables call waiting for ALL calls to the line. |
*44 | Call Waiting: Disable Disables call waiting for ALL calls to the line. |
*70 + TN | Call Waiting: Disable Next Call If call waiting is enabled on the line, this star code will disable caller ID on the current call. Future calls will not be affected. |
*62 | Call Park Places a call in a parking spot. |
*66 + slot | Call Park Retrieval Retrieves a call from a parking spot. |
*65 + TN | Caller ID: Enable Next Call If caller ID is blocked on the line, this star code will enable caller ID for the current call. Future calls will not be affected. If caller ID was already enabled, it will continue to be enabled. |
*67 + TN | Caller ID: Block Next Call If caller ID is enabled on the line, this star code will block caller ID on the current call. Future calls will not be affected. If caller ID was already blocked, it will continue to be blocked. |
*68 | Caller ID: Block (On/Off) Turns caller ID ON or OFF. |
*69 | Last Call Return (Call Back) Dial the last caller ID number that rang the line. |
*98 | Voicemail Management Access the voicemail box assigned to the line. |
