Accounts on Wrong Partition

If an account needs to be moved from one partition to another, contact Alianza Support. The specific steps required to move the account(s) will depend on your specific setup with Alianza, but this is the general idea:

  1. Account setup information is recorded by the service provider.

  2. New account created by the Service Provider.

  3. Numbers deleted from the old account by Alianza Support.

  4. Numbers ported internally by Alianza Support, if needed.

    • The porting process will add a few days to the timeline.

  5. Numbers added to the new account by Alianza Support.

  6. Old account deleted by the Service Provider.

There will be downtime for the customer while their numbers are deleted from the old account and added to the new account.
